SHIPPING POLICY
All ready to ship orders will be fulfilled weekly (within 7 days). 


If you purchased a pre order item, the estimated timeframe that it will ship is posted in the product description.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

All shipments sent back to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address will be automatically refunded with a $5 restocking fee.

For both domestic and international orders, please provide a valid phone number and email address as we or the courier may need to contact you regarding your order/delivery.

RETURN POLICY

Returns

Domestic returns must be requested within 14 days of your order date for a refund or store credit. Once the label has been created you will have 14 days to drop it off at your local carrier in order to receive a refund.

Additional Returns Guidelines-

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.

We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

PURCHASE CONDITIONS

Purchases

  1. Availability. All orders are subject to availability and in this regard, in the event of supply difficulties or because products are no longer in stock, we reserve the right to refund any monies that you might have paid.
  2. Legal Title. You will own the goods purchased, once we deliver them to you, at which point responsibility for your goods passes to you
  3. Shipping. Upon completing your order, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to your address on file. This e-mail will serve as an invoice and includes your order number. A standard processing time of up to two (2) business days is required before your order is shipped. Orders placed after 11:00 AM (Eastern Time) may be processed the next business day, and orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day starting at 8:00 AM (Eastern Time). During peak periods, processing times may exceed 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If upon inspection, if we notice an item seems to have been worn other than to try it on we will not accept the return and ship the item back. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. You may return your order for a full refund and place a new order.

If the item(s) you are returning complies with our return policy:

You can request a return label by contacting us via email. The costs will be deducted from your refund. OR you can purchase your own label for a faster return proccess. Your item(s) MUST be shipped within 7 days of delivery.

and contact support to let us know that you have shipped a return package. Please include the order number and the tracking number in your message.

Note:
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
